Founder's Pack

1. Temporal and Territorial Scope

The Promotion will be available worldwide during the first thirty (30) calendar days after the official launch of the game on the Google Play Store.

2. Requirements for Participation

Any individual who meets the following requirements may participate for free:

• Download and install the video game on their Android device from the Google Play Store.
• Do so within the first thirty (30) calendar days after the global release of the game.

3. Content of the Reward ("Founder's Pack")

Each participant who meets the requirements described in the previous section will be entitled to claim the unique promotional reward consisting of:

• 500 virtual coins for exclusive use within KocoLogic.
• 1 virtual wooden chest containing random in-game prizes (common items or power-ups).

Conditions of the Reward:

• The reward lacks commercial or real monetary value.
• It is not transferable to other users, profiles, or accounts.
• It is not exchangeable for cash, store balance, or any other good or service outside of the KocoLogic video game.

4. Redemption Mechanics

• The participant must open the KocoLogic application on their mobile device.
• Go to the "Rewards" or in-game store section, where a special banner to claim the "Founder's Pack" will be shown.
• The redemption and acquisition will be processed securely and at zero cost (0.00 EUR/USD) through the native Google Play Billing transaction system.
• Once processed, the reward will automatically be applied to the active player profile's inventory.
• It is limited to one (1) Founder's Pack per Google Play account definitively.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for external technical failures that prevent the processing of the reward by the Google Play Services platform.
• The correct functioning of the transaction requires an active Internet connection and that the user's device meets the minimum hardware and software requirements of the game.

6. Modifications and Suspension

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify these Terms and Conditions due to force majeure or if massive fraud attempts are detected, committing to publish the changes through the official channels of the game.
