A. Information provided by the user

Authentication Data: When registering, we collect your email address. If you use "Sign in with Google" or "Microsoft", we receive your name, email address, and game profile picture (avatar) associated with that account.
Game Profiles: Within the app, you can create multiple profiles. We collect the profile name and age (to adapt the educational content).
Photos and Avatars: If you choose to customize your profile with an image from your gallery or camera, the application will access these resources only after your explicit consent.

B. Information generated by game use

Progress and Statistics: We store your scores, completed levels, virtual coins, lives, and performance statistics by educational categories (mathematics, logic, memory, etc.).
Friends List: If you use the social feature, we store the identifiers of the friends you add via QR code to manage the shared ranking.

C. Information collected automatically and by third parties

Device Identifiers: We use Google Firebase services for the technical functioning of the app, which may collect unique device identifiers (UID).
Advertising Data (AdMob): To offer free rewards (coins/lives), we use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), which may collect data such as the device's advertising ID, IP address, and interactions with ads for personalization and measurement purposes.
Diagnostic Data: We collect technical error reports to improve game stability.

D. Promotional and Informative Communications

Data Used: Email address of registered users (internally synchronized from Firebase Auth).
Specific Purpose: Sending notices and updates about active campaigns in the game (such as the Promotional Roulette) and new Social Club challenges to encourage participation and cognitive improvement.
Legal Basis and Unsubscribe: These communications are made based on our legitimate interest as the provider of the service of which you are a registered member. You can object to these mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by directly contacting our support email.

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

Sync progress: Allow you to recover your game on different devices through your account.
Personalize the experience: Adapt the difficulty level and game questions according to the indicated age.
Social Features: Manage the friends ranking and interaction between profiles.
Monetization: Show rewarded ads that allow obtaining benefits in the game at no cost.
Safety and Parental Control: Implement game time limits and verify sensitive actions.

4. Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Cloud Firestore and Auth). We implement technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. Progress data is also saved locally on your device using secure technology (Hive).

5. Minors

KocoLogic contains educational content for children (from 7 years old and up).

We do not request sensitive data directly from minors.
We recommend that the registration of the main account be carried out by an adult.
We include Parental Control features (playtime blocking) to promote healthy use.
We comply with COPPA (USA) and GDPR-K (EU) regulations.

6. Third parties with whom we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following providers necessary for the operation of the app:

Google (Firebase / AdMob): For authentication, cloud database, and advertising.
Microsoft: If you choose this login method.

7. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

Access your personal data.
Rectify incorrect information.
Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this directly from the application settings or through our Data Management Portal.
Progress Management: Request only the deletion of your progress in the cloud without deleting the account.
Withdraw consent for the use of the camera or gallery.

Please note that final account deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days.

8. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. We will notify you of any major changes through the application.
