Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

The use of KocoLogic implies full acceptance of these terms by the user and, in case of being a minor, by their parents or legal guardians.

2. Description of Service

KocoLogic is a logic games and educational content application designed for different age ranges. The service includes access to challenges, minigames (Memory, Puzzle), scoring systems, and social features.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: The user can access anonymously or register using email, Google, or Microsoft.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Profiles: A single user can manage multiple local profiles. The owner of the main account is responsible for all activities carried out on these profiles.

4. Virtual Currency and Lives

• Nature: KocoLogic uses virtual "coins" and "lives". These elements have no real-world value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Obtaining: They can be obtained through progress in the game or by viewing advertisements (rewarded ads).
• Usage: Coins are used to purchase "powerups" or unlock content within the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the software, design, graphics, educational questions, adaptive logic algorithms, and trademarks (KocoLogic) belong to Jmv Software. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of the content is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or third-party software to alter the game.
• Use offensive or inappropriate profile names.
• Attempt to access Firebase servers or databases in an unauthorized manner.

7. Parental Responsibility

KocoLogic offers content for minors. Although we implement filters and parental time controls, it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise the use of the application and ensure the minor understands these rules.

8. Third-Party Services

The application integrates third-party services such as Google Firebase (storage) and Google AdMob (advertising). The use of these services is also subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

KocoLogic is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to technical failures of the device or lack of internet connection.

10. Modifications and Termination

By the user: You can stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account or erase your synced data, you can do so through the application itself or through our Data Management Portal.

By KocoLogic: We reserve the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time.
• Update game content or withdraw features.
• Suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or for prolonged inactivity.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
